R Match

WestEnd Hospital has 6,940 employees. 90% of the hospital shifts must be filled for the hospital to be functional. Each employee can select several available preferences. In the past, employee shift assignment was manual and employees were often upset with the shifts they got. Not to mention they could only choose their desired shifts once every two weeks. With R Match each employee can select their preferred shifts whenever they want. R Match engine will then compute which employees need to work which shifts in real time.
